Social media account information and credentials related to our interactive dashboard and Information required by FMCSA and other Government Agencies. Like many companies, we utilize one or more third parties in connection with the operation of our business. Personal Information from Children
We can not think of any reason a Child would conduct business on our Sites. We will never knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age without permission from the respective parent or legal guardian. As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow your children to provide or submit personal information without your permission.
No Sale of Personal Information.
We will not sell trade or rent personal or business information to parties outside the Black Diamond Group of companies.

Because the security of your personal information is important to us, we use Transport Layer Security (“TLS”) software to encrypt the personal information that you provide to us. If your browser is TLS enabled, your transmission of personal information to us online is encrypted. You can verify whether your personal information is transmitted using TLS encryption by confirming the symbol of a closed lock or unbroken key on the bottom bar of your browser window. You can also verify that your personal information will be encrypted using TLS encryption by making sure that the prefix for the web address listed for that page has changed from “http” to “https.” If you do not see the appropriate symbol and the “https” prefix, you should not assume that the personal information that you are being asked to provide is encrypted before transmission.
The information we collect from you online is stored by our various service providers on databases protected through a combination of physical and electronic access controls, firewall technology, and other reasonable security measures and us. Nevertheless, such security measures cannot prevent all loss, misuse or alteration of personal information and we are not responsible for any damages or liabilities relating to any such incidents to the fullest extent permitted by law. Where required under law, we will notify you of any such loss, misuse or alteration of personal information that may affect you so that you can take the appropriate actions for the due protection of your rights.

We are responsible only for this Policy and the content of our Sites. We are not responsible for the data collection and use practices or the privacy policies of third parties, or the use of cookies on third-party websites or apps that you may access from our Sites.
Third-Party Media
Our websites may contain plug-ins and other features that integrate third-party media platforms into our Sites. You will be able to activate them manually. If you do so, the third parties who operate these platforms may be able to identify you, they may be able to determine when and how you use this Site, and they may link and store this information with your social media profile. Mobile and Location-Based Services

We provide mobile apps that can be downloaded to smartphones. These apps have a variety of functionalities that enhance the customer experience. Our Sites will use your device’s Global Positioning System (GPS) technology to provide you with relevant location-based information. We may also share this information with third parties. To the extent any geo-location data is combined with personal or business information, that information is considered personal information following this Policy.
Correcting/Updating personal information
If your personal or business data changes (such as your zip code), or if you no longer desire our services, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove your data provided to us. Usually, this can be accomplished in your account settings or by emailing us at support@bdlogisticsolutions.com. Clients are not able to unsubscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with you to provide requested services and concerning issues relating to your account via email or phone.
